The aim of this course is that control room personnel shall respond in an appropriate manner to the simulated emergencies, feel calm, and investigate at critical time, since operations personnel response is required immediately to lessen further damage and risk by early leader resources on site. In this session, employees learn how to cope with emergency situations with confidence and take decisions in tune with protection to employees and properties. Although fast and efficient responses are key words emphasized in the course, it helps the operators in the control room to develop problem-solving skills that can be handy for installations regarding Safety and integrity. Control room personnel ensure proper functioning of electrical or other equipment, as well as perform inspection functions and accessories playing a key role on the floor. Advanced technical ability with knowledge of use of room management, and accurate record-keeping ability.
