Course overview

OPITO-certified HERTLs who are presently serving and need to revalidate their certification are the target audience for this training program. The purpose of the program is to modernize and refresh their expertise in areas related to their roles that they are unable to exercise at work.

Through the course of the last two years (roughly), the program aims to provide HERTLs with an update on significant modifications to helicopter operations, systems, pertinent laws, and regulations. HERTLs can ensure compliance with the most recent standards and improve the efficacy of emergency response activities by keeping up with these advancements and modifying their practices and procedures accordingly. The program's overall goal is to guarantee that HERTLs continue to be qualified, knowledgeable, and equipped to oversee emergency response teams in offshore settings.
