  • 11. Direct ERT members into incident areas, ensuring continuous risk assessment and member safety.
  • 12. Monitor and manage breathing apparatus (BA) control effectively.
  • 13. Conduct casualty management and missing person searches efficiently during emergencies.
  • 14. Recognize and address signs of stress in ERT members during incident response.
Requirements
  • Valid Initial Offshore Emergency Response Team Member (OERTM) Training Certificate: This demonstrates that the individual has completed the foundational training for offshore emergency response.
  • OR
  • Valid Further Offshore Emergency Response Team Member (FOERTM) Training Certificate: This shows that the individual has completed refresher training, maintaining competency as an emergency response team member.
