The Stage 4 competence reassessment verifies if the candidate meets the competency standards for the Rigger role and maintains the required competency for the Banksman & Slinger role. Our training program is designed to provide participants with the essential skills and expertise needed to perform intricate rigging, slinging, and banksman duties in challenging offshore environments.

- 1. Plan, prepare, lift and move loads
- 2. Lifting, moving, lowering and landing of a load
- B. Banksman & Slinger
- 1. Direct and control the movement and placing of loads
- 2. Implementing the load-moving procedures effectively from the competent person’s lifting plan and risk assessment
