Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

RCA (Root Cause Analysis) by Elite Offshore is for any offshore contractor or marine crew. A root cause analysis (RCA) is a systematic procedure aimed at identifying the causes of problems and preventing their recurrence. The process involves identifying the root cause of the problem, which is the highest trigger of the events causing the problem. This includes techniques, tools, and methods for identifying the true causes of problems. It is important to note that RCA is often more effective when a group of people work together to identify the root cause, and those in charge of the solution should be prominent members of the research team.
