Theoretical Assessment:
Candidate are evaluated on their understanding of:

• Types of scaffolds (tube & coupler, system, mobile, suspended, etc.)
• Load calculations and capacity planning
• Scaffold inspection checklists and documentation
• Hazard identification and risk mitigation
• Safety regulations and relevant standards (OSHA, BIS, etc.)
• Permit to work systems and toolbox talks
• Roles and responsibilities of a scaffolding supervisor

Practical Evaluation
Participant must demonstrate:

• Proper supervision of scaffold erection and dismantling
• Ensuring the use of PPE, fall protection systems, and correct procedures
• Identifying and rectifying unsafe scaffold conditions
• Conducting safety briefings and team coordinatization
